Without you all support we would not be able to have much of the daily necessities for the residents to feel at ease while they are going through a major transition in their life. Current urgent needs include: toilet paper, paper towels, plastic utensils, paper cups, all cleaning supplies, toiletries, and sanitation/disinfectant sprays."

Since 2006, the Woodcroft Women’s Club has been collecting donations for DCRC, a shelter which provides a safe place for women and children of domestic or sexual violence. The DCRC shelter houses over two hundred women and children every year, requiring many items to keep the household running. DCRC relies on gifts from the community to make stays at the shelter as comfortable as possible.

Current items needed by DCRC include: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and new socks & underwear for hospitalized women victims of sexual assault. Bring donations to the general meetings, or contact the Group Chair to arrange for drop-off location or a pick-up.
