The Members section is restricted to current Members of the Woodcroft Women's Club. In order to access information in this area, you need to use the userid and password supplied by the webmistress. Once you are logged into this section, the menu list will change and you will have access to:

* Club Year Photo Galleries - Organized by Club Year
* Newsletters - Current and past years Newsletters
* Recordings & Handouts
* Club Contact Information - Names and email addresses of Board Members, Club Support, and Group Leaders
* Membership Roster - Member contact information
After 60 minutes of inactivity, you will be automatically logged out.

- What is my userid and password?
- Each club year, paid members will receive their updated userid and temporary password in email. Refer to the email for instructions.
- Why do I have to log in? Why can't I just see what is in the members section?
- To protect the privacy of members and prevent email spammers, our photos, newsletters, recordings, and member contact information is restricted.
- I forgot my userid or I deleted the email by accident. Now what?
- On the login screen, check the box "Forgot your username?". You will need to enter your email address and you will receive an email with your userid. The email may take up to 5 minutes to arrive. If you don't receive an email, reach out to the webmistress and request assistance.
- I forgot my password?
- On the login screen, check the box "Forgot your password?". You will need to enter your email address and a email will be sent to you to reset your password. The email may take up to 5 minutes to arrive. If you don't receive an email, reach out to the webmistress and request assistance.
- Do I have to log into the website? Can't I just use the public part?
- You do not have to log into the website, and can use just the public part. There is much helpful information available public. If you wish to contact a group and need their unique email address, you will need to log into the site to access this information which is in the newsletters and in the Members Contact Information page. If you wish to see photos from past club events, you will need to log in.
- I am using my phone. Why can't I see anything when I click on the word Members in the menu?
- To see the full menu after logging in, select the ">" in the green box to the right of the word Members in the menu. It will display a new menu.
