2025 Yard Sale FUNDRAISER!
Saturday October 4, 2025 from 8am - 1pm
St. Stephen's Episcopal Church parking Lot - 82 Kimberly Dr, Durham, NC 27707
This will be a dual event. Our yard sale event will take place in the parking lot and we will be hosting a concession stand with beverages and baked goods.
St. Stephen's Episcopal Church will be holding a Rummage Sale indoors and have arranged for a couple food trucks.
$20 fee for a double parking space – one for your car and one for your merchandise. If you are not preregistered, cost will be $25 cash only on the day of the event if space permits.
Set up 7 – 8 AM ONLY.
By 7:45 AM all vehicles must be parked to allow for pedestrian free flow.
No sale of concessions as these items will be sold by WWC for charity fundraising.
BEFORE LEAVING: your space must be clean of all sale items and trash.
